Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements
- Batch Year: 2026 Batch only
- Qualification: B.E/ BTech/ ME/ MTech (all branches of engineering) / MCA/ M.Sc.-5 Yrs integrated CS & IT branches only
- Education Type: All education in full-time/regular courses only
- Academic Performance: Consistent academic records of 60% in 10th, 12th, Diploma (as applicable), UG and PG courses (aggregate of all semesters & subjects)
- CGPA Conversion: Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per the respective university norms
- Final Scores: The scores of the main or improvement exam would be considered as final
Additional Requirements
- Diploma Candidates: For candidates who have pursued both HSC and Diploma, marks scored in the Diploma course will be considered
- Re-evaluation: Initial results (% scores) declared would be considered for students awaiting re-evaluation results
- Standing Arrears: At the time of recruitment process, there must be no standing arrears in current education
- Academic Gap: Not more than 2 years academic gap allowed (SSC/HSC/Diploma/UG/PG)
- Nationality: Should be an Indian national
- PAN Card: Students must have PAN card at the time of joining
- Service Agreement: No Service Agreement / Bond

CTC Upgrade Criteria
Based on performance in:
- Coding Skills: Java, Python, SQL proficiency
- Online Assessment: Performance determines upgrade eligibility
- Subsequent Rounds: Technical and HR interviews
Note: Students will get a chance to upgrade from 5 LPA to 6.5 LPA based on their performance in the Online Assessment and other selection rounds.

Round 1 (Online Assessment)
The first round of the selection process is an online assessment that will evaluate candidates' technical and analytical skills.
Performance Impact on CTC
Your performance in this online assessment will determine your eligibility for CTC upgrades (5 LPA → 6.5 LPA). Focus on Java, Python, and SQL coding skills for better opportunities.
Assessment Preparation:
- Assessment Platform: SHL
- Programming Languages: Focus on Java, Python, and SQL
- Technical Topics: Data structures, algorithms, database concepts
- Environment: Ensure stable internet connection and quiet environment
- Duration: Will be communicated by the recruitment team
