Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech: Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related branches
- M.E./M.Tech: Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- MCA: Master of Computer Applications
- Academic Performance: Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% or equivalent
- Backlogs: No standing backlogs or arrears at the time of application
Preferred Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Programming Skills: Moderate computer programming skills, including familiarity with C, C++, Java, and Python
- Database Knowledge: Foundations in relational databases, networking concepts, and SQL
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Cybersecurity Understanding: Solid understanding of cybersecurity and risk domains
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity: Profound curiosity and inclination toward solving complex and challenging problems
Work Requirements
- Shift Flexibility: Work in various shift timings, including night shifts, to support client deliverables
- Weekend Work: May work beyond standard hours, including weekends and holidays
- Location Flexibility: Work from Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC) or Client Locations
- Multiple Platforms: Assigned to projects on different technical platforms and skills
- Laptop/Desktop: Students should have a laptop/desktop with functional webcam and stable internet connectivity
Work Responsibilities & Compensation
Key Responsibilities
- IT Controls Analysis: Improving operational performance by analyzing clients' information technology (IT) controls and processes across security and risk management operations
- Data Privacy & Security: Supporting various live applications related to data privacy and security
- Managed Services: Providing managed services programs through ITIL-aligned processes to sustain highly secure and available mission-critical systems
- Smart Device Monitoring: Help establishing methods for monitoring "smart" devices connected to enterprise networks
- Security Analytics: Assist in performing continuous monitoring and security analytics as part of operations
- Incident Response: Handling incident response support, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and simplifying complex technical issues for clients
- System Integration: Help integrating business needs and technology insights, including developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementation
- Forensic Support: Assisting forensic accountants in the detection and measurement of fraud or other security incidents
- Data Analytics: Querying and mining large data sets to discover patterns and assess them through predictive modeling capabilities
- Controls Assessment: Assessing clients' controls effectiveness to ensure reliability in external financial reporting and compliance
