Eligibility Criteria
- 2027 batch of B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (all engineering branches), MCA, or M.Sc. 5-year integrated (CS & IT branches only) — all education must be full-time / regular courses
- Consistent academic record of 65% in 10th, 12th, Diploma (as applicable), UG and PG (aggregate of all semesters and subjects)
- CGPA to percentage conversion as per the respective university norms; main or improvement exam scores are treated as final
- If you have both HSC and Diploma, the Diploma marks are considered
- For students awaiting re-evaluation results, the initially declared percentage is considered
- No standing arrears in current education at the time of the recruitment process
- Not more than 2 years of academic gap (SSC / HSC / Diploma / UG / PG)
- No service agreement / bond
- Must be an Indian national
Work Requirements
As a future IT professional, you must be flexible to work from any of LTM's development centres across the country, accept flexible work durations/timings, and be open to training and working in multiple emerging skills and domains.
Hiring & Selection Process
Colleges are asked to share the student database (all fields mandatory, in the prescribed template) on or before 24 September. The LTM location team will then reach out to clarify the hiring process further.
Registration & Documents
- A registration link will be sent from EarlyCareer.Hiring@ltm.com through the LTM Early Careers Hiring Portal. Complete your registration within the specified timeline.
- Eligibility is assessed from the information you provide during registration. Receiving the registration email does not confirm eligibility — only candidates meeting the criteria move to later stages.
- Keep soft copies ready: resume (with embedded photograph), all academic marksheets (original and PDF), college ID card, and a government-issued ID for verification during the online interview process.
- A PAN card is required at the time of joining.
Important Notes for Students
- Note the criteria is 65% throughout — higher than the 60% required in the 2026 drive.
