Hiring Overview

Capgemini Exceller 2026 is a campus hiring program for 2026 pass-out students. The process focuses on communication, technical fundamentals, coding ability, and interview readiness.

Eligibility

  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in all specializations and branches
  • MCA and MSc candidates with CS/IT specialization are eligible
  • Full-time degree completed within the stipulated time frame
  • Minimum 60% in X, XII, and graduation
  • No active backlogs and only one year gap allowed between XII and first year of graduation

Selection Process

  1. Communication Round: Virtual AI-based assessment for listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  2. Technical Assessment: MCQ round with pseudocode, DSA, database, cloud, and networking topics
  3. Cognitive Assessment: Game-based questions for logical thinking and problem solving
  4. Coding Round: Two scenario-based coding questions in C, C++, or Java
  5. Technical Interview: Project, resume, Java/OOPs, and HR-style discussion

  • Arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, sorting, and trees
  • Database fundamentals, cloud, networking, OSI model, protocols, and IP addressing
  • Project explanation, communication, and willingness to learn new technology
